Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
